Agencies gear up for RSA test

Road Safety Ad

Six agencies are pitching for the media and creative review called by the Road Safety Authority (RSA). Vying for the media are MediaVest, Mindshare and the incumbent, Belfast agency Lyle Bailie. The three agencies competing for the RSA creative account are Publicis QMP, Irish International BBDO and Lyle Bailie.

The creative account is said to be worth €800,000 and €5.5m for media over two years. The review, which is being handled by Empirica, run by Conor Quinn and Claire Cluskey, coincides with a frightful week for road safety with the tragedy of eight people being killed in a crash on the Inishowen Peninsula in Co Donegal.
