Out of home media owner Exterion Media Ireland has announced a new larger format for Dublin Bus ads. Capital Ts are being installed across 50 driver sides of the Dublin Bus fleet, with two campaign packages consisting of 25 Capital Ts each. Exterion’s managing director Colin Leahy says the new format extends the ad size by 46 per cent over the current T-Side.
Capital T ads are printed in one piece on PVC mesh banner material. Dawn Bailey, head of marketing and sales, Dublin Bus, said the new format provides better opportunities for brands advertising on buses. The launch of Capital Ts follows on from Exterion’s investment in CIÉ transport with Commuter dPods and CommuterSquares on the rail network.
