National Lottery decision pushed out

A decision on the National Lottery creative advertising review is now not expected to be made until the middle of December, a week before the Christmas-New Year seasonal break. Four creative agencies are in the running, namely Irish International, Publicis QMP, Rothco and the incumbent, DDFH&B-JWT.

The lottery’s media, which is handled by Starcom, is not part of the review.
