Reaper gets MD job at B&A

Luke Reaper, Behaviour & Attitudes

Luke Reaper has been promoted to managing director at Behaviour & Attitudes, following the appointment of Ian McShane as the research agency’s executive chairman. Reaper is a highly regarded researcher who has been deputy MD at B&A in recent years. He held a similar role at TNS for 11 years, where McShane was in charge before he joined B&A in 2007.

Reaper is an eight time winner of Research Excellence Awards from the Marketing Society, including the grand prix in 2011 and 2012. His Urban Life Online Community for Metro Herald won the 2010 All Ireland Marketing research award. He has a particular expertise in technology, consumer, media, financial and social issue research.

He has spoken at marketing conferences on consumer insight and written articles for Marketing.ie. He divides his time equally between qualitative and quantitative projects, specialising in techniques such as passive app tracking. He is a graduate of UCD, with a BA honours in psychology and a masters in social and organisational psychology.

Prior to that, Reaper was a researcher at Lansdowne, now known as Millward Brown, for three years. B&A has been the leading market research agency in Ireland in recent years and has been the most consistent winner of major awards at the annual Marketing Society research excellence awards.
