Tipp FM goes with funky outdoor

Tipp FM will soon run with a family-style poster campaign in the county to draw attention to its market share of 55.3 per cent, the second highest market share of any local radio station in Ireland. Only Highland Radio which broadcasts in Donegal and the north west has a higher share than Tipp FM.

As with all Tipp FM campaigns, the idea for the poster originated in-house. Louisa Jane Condon of the Ant Team design agency in Thurles developed the ‘We are family’ theme with its funky sketch.

Ethel Walsh, managing director, Tipp FM, said the two-week campaign involves a deal negotiated with poster specialist Kenetic, giving a 66 per cent reduction on the station’s spend two years ago.
