**** NO REPRODUCTION FEEE **** DUBLIN : 29/05/2014 : Thursday May 29:  Brian Hayes, newly elected MEP, spoke to over 100 delegates this morning on the impact of a newly formed EU Parliament on Ireland’s policy priorities and developments. At the event, hosted by Hume Brophy, Hayes highlighted that jobs, banking union, investment & competitiveness as the four key issues for Europe and the greatest opportunity across the EU is to build a 'jobs rich economy'. His first address as a member of the European Parliament, Hayes spoke alongside Gary Titley, Head of European Legislative Affairs at Hume Brophy and a former MEP; and Tom Arnold, Director General of the Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA) and former Chairman of the OECD Committee for Agriculture whereby all three speakers provided an unrivalled analysis .
