Frankie Carty is the new head of agency business at Virgin Media Solutions (VMS) with responsibility for strategic leadership, management and development of agency trading. Carty joins from Core, where he was director of Core Investment, headed up by Eddie O’Mahony. Gavan Byrne continues as head of trading, with four other appointments confirmed by VMS.
Tara Moran becomes head of partnerships and digital innovation, responsible for traditional non-spot business and new third party partnerships. Moran joins from Maximum Media where she was head of brand partnerships. Hugh Quigley now heads VOD development, managing on-demand opportunities across Virgin Media Television’s Player platform.
Quigley joined Virgin Media Solutions in 2017 as digital sales manager.
Audrey Clarke has been promoted to head of audience knowledge and insights, with responsibility for commercial data development. She joined VMS in 2014, having worked at RTE, Vizeum and Core. Eoghan McGonagle has been promoted to head of sales operations and performance, including the technical delivery of addressable advertising.
Reporting to Tara Moran, Sharon Ledwidge steps into the new role of innovation manager, with responsibility for the strategic development and management of new commercial products, including third party partnerships, events and experiential.
