TV3 has launched an app for its 3player designed to make it even easier for viewers to watch 3player on their iPhones and iPads, including access through an icon on the home-screen. TV3 online director Stephen Grant says the app improves how iOS users find and play shows, making the experience faster and simpler.
Shows such as Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Xposé, Ireland AM and Tonight with Vincent Browne can now be watched on demand just after broadcast on PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones. TV3 presenters Caroline Twohig and Glenda Gilson are pictured at the app’s launch, which can be downloaded for free.
TV3 will officially launch its new Sony HD studio in Ballymount next Thursday.
