Events and activations agency Verve won 18 trophies in this year’s APMC Star Awards, which due to the current pandemic restrictions, were hosted virtually by 2FM’s Tara Stewart. Verve, which is run by Ronan Traynor with offices in Dublin, London and Amsterdam, picked up gongs across 12 categories, including 10 gold, five silver and two bronze.
The agency’s senior account manager Eva McCarthy won a rising star award for outstanding achievers under 30. The award wins included six category winners, with campaigns for Diageo’s Guinness brand accounting for seven golds. Verve also won three golds for Coca-Cola’s Melodic Wood (above). Silver and broze awards went to KBC Bank and Hockey Ireland.
