“Down with blood pressure!” say the sons of the late Father Ted star Dermot Morgan. Don, Rob and Ben were ‘scrubbed up’ to launch the Irish Heart Foundation’s free blood pressure roadshow supported by Medtronic medical technology. The roadshow is visiting 45 locations across the country in the coming weeks. The IHF has warned that hundreds of thousands of adults in Ireland are not aware that they have high blood pressure and run the risk of a heart attack or a stroke unless they get it checked.
