Barry Dooley has joined Neworld Associates to head up the branding agency’s new advertising service. Dooley is an experienced and highly respected ad man who spent 20 years at Irish international, latterly as a company director and agency representative on the IAPI board. His clients included Kerrygold, Flahavan’s, Avonmore, 7Up and Club Orange. He worked closely on Barry’s Tea for many years, which is a Neworld design client.

Dooley helped with the launch of RiverRock, 7Up Free and the Walkers Crisps campaign with Roy Keane and Gary Lineker. His agency experience includes stints with Wilson Hartnell, Brian Cronin & Associates, Saatchi & Saatchi and Chemistry. Neworld was co-founded in 1986 by Richard O’Connell and the agency’s managing director, Pat Kinsley. Clients include Glenisk, Irish Pride, Maxol, Carton House and The Jelly Bean Factory.
