Dubliners try their luck at winning FM104's €250,000 house

In what is being touted as the biggest prize giveaway ever by an Irish radio station, listeners to FM104 are due to tune in in growing numbers until the end of October to try and win a new two-bedroom showhouse in Barnwell Hansfield in Dublin 15. Built by Manor Homes and located off the Ongar Road, the house is two miles from Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and a five-minute walk from Ongar village.
Barnwell Hansfield is part of a local strategic development zone offering retail, transport, education, sports and leisure facilities due to be phased in over the next few years. A new train station on the Dunboyne-Connolly spur is expected to open next summer, with trains running every 15 minutes at peak times.
Dave Kelly, FM104, said that people are urged to listen out for the artist of the day. Once the artist’s song is played, listeners are asked a simple question and have 104 minutes to text the word ‘house’, their answer and contact details to 57080. At least three listeners qualify for the grand final each day.
