Dublin creative agency JWT Folk has announced a name change to Folk Wunderman Thompson following the merger of the two WPP agencies, J Walter Thompson (JWT) and Wunderman, last year. The JWT name has now been retired from the network of 20,000 people across 200 offices globally.
The agency will continue to be led by Abi Moran (above) as CEO; Laura Daley, joint MD; Enda Kelly, joint MD; Karl Waters, creative partner; Hugh Murray, financial director and Gary Brown, executive director. Over the last year, Wunderman Thompson has focused on six specialisms – CRM, data, commerce, technology, production and consultancy.
Clients include Vodafone, An Post, Circle K, Irish Life, Bord Gáis Energy, Brennans and Heinz.
