Behaviour & Attitudes managing director Ian McShane and head of marketing at Liberty Insurance will help judge this year’s Marketer of the Year. McShane has been in charge of B&A for eight years, having spent a similar time as managing director of rival agency TNS mrbi. Before that, he was operations and research director at AGB TAM for almost three years. He is a psychology graduate from UCD.
As head of marketing at Liberty Insurance, Ni Dháthlaoi is responsible for the delivery of direct business and branding targets in Ireland and the UK. She began in marketing with Nestlé confectionery, followed by Glanbia dairy products, Unilever, where she was marketing manager for Lyons Tea, and held senior positions at An Post, Heineken Ireland and Electric Ireland. She is a council member of the Marketing Society.
