A conference aimed at charting the transformation of media will be held in Croke Park in early May. Mediacontact.ie has lined up 20 international speakers and three workshops for the Mash 2011 theme ‘Exploding media’. The debate will identity key trends, technologies and topics shaping the future mediascape.
Speakers from overseas include John Mulholland, editor of the Observer, Bill Thompson from the BBC, Hilary Perkins, Channel 4’s internet guru, Evan Ratliff from Wired USA and Nathan Hull from Penguin Books. Fintan O’Toole of The Irish Times and Norah Casey from Harmonia will also address the seminar.
