Ogilvy has won a three-way creative pitch for TV3 as the independent steps up its marketing activities. The WPP agency competed with Chemistry and Image Now. Ogilvy will work to TV3’s marketing and PR manager Teresa Murray. Media was not part of the review and remains with Mindshare, another WPP agency.

Elsewhere in adland, Leo Burnett has been appointed to handle Airtricity. Accounts still out for review include the HSE,  SuperValu, UPC and the Irish Examiner. Vodafone plans to talk to a number of overseas agencies.

While Vodafone has refused to comment on its creative account, which is with DDFH&B-JWT, it is understood that the mobile giant will invite a number of UK agencies and an Amsterdam shop to pitch for a new brief.

Media shops have been invited to pitch for the Railway Procurement Agency (RPA). On the PR front, agencies will present for the new National Children’s Hospital due to be built on the Mater site.
