Media planning and buying agency Starcom has announced the appointment of Colum O’Hara as client director. Up to now, O’Hara was client manager at Starcom for two and half years. Before joining Starcom in 2102, he was a media planner and buyer for three years with AV Browne, working on Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) and Invest NI.
He is a graduate in communications, advertising and marketing from the University of Ulster. O’Hara’s new role sees him take responsibility for Heineken Ireland.
