Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary and Declan Ganley of Libertas will today discuss issues for and against the Lisbon Treaty when they take part in a live radio debate before an audience on The Last Word with Matt Cooper on Today FM from 4.30pm to 7pm.
Panelists on the Yes side taking part include Micheal Martin TD, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Marian Harkin, MEP. Representing the No side will be Joe Higgins, Socialist Party MEP and Patricia McKenna of the People’s Movement and former Green MEP.
The referendum debate will be broadcast from the Irish Times offices in Tara Street in Dublin. Irish voters will go to the polls to vote on Lisbon next Friday, October 2nd.
