Ian Kingston, founder and managing director, Essential Training, is the guest speaker at the next Design Business Ireland (DBI) Informs meeting. Kingston will talk on the theme ‘Open Your Mind’ by posing the question “are you a recessionist or an expressionist?”
With a background in banking and insurance, Kingston has over 20 years experience in personal and business development. In his talks, he explains techniques to allow people to unlock the full potential of the human mind.
Along with a number of Irish business people, including Patrick Ronaldson, strategic director of Rothco, Kingston helped launch the Cork-based Sea Change Foundation four years ago.
The microcredit project helps communities in developing countries and people in parts of the world hit by natural disasters by providing relief grants and interest-free loans.
Kingston’s two-hour talk starts at 7.45pm in the Mill Theatre in Dundrum Town Centre on Tuesday, October 6th. Tickets are €10 and are on sale from the theatre box office and online.
