As a way of helping Irish businesses during the current Covid-19 coronavirus public health crisis, PR and training agency Unique Media and Audiocom.ie have teamed up to produce an on-hold message which can be uploaded to telephone systems. With many companies seeing an increase in call volume, it is leading to prolonged hold times for anxious callers.
The free on-hold message and music is aimed at helping businesses educate callers on how to stay safe and prevent a wider outbreak of the disease. Unique Media director Breda Brown says the information in the on-hold messages is disseminated from trustworthy resources such as the HSE, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and WHO.
The content is available now at www.audiocom.ie
Unique Media was co-founded by former Q102 presenters Breda Brown and Al Dunne. The agency provides PR, media training, advertising content creation and production. Clients they have consulted for include the ASAI, Avonmore, An Post Irish Book Awards, Core, GSK, Lisney, Lynk, News Corp UK & Ireland, RTE, Trabolgan and Valeo Foods.
Former Fine Gael MEP Gay Mitchell has acted as Unique’s public affairs consultant.
