Events agency Verve has retained its ISO 20121 sustainability certification for the fifth year running. The certification was originally introduced to ensure that agencies working on the 2012 London Olympic Games were part of a positive environmental, economic and social legacy. The agency run by Ronan Traynor is the only Irish event agency to win the cert.
After going through a rigorous process back in 2013 – 2014, Verve obtained the accreditation. Each year sees an ongoing surveillance of Verve’s management system to ensure the agency meets the standard’s criteria. Ronan Traynor said the ISO 20121 has been adopted as a standard of best practice by the Olympics, UEFA and Croke Park and the Aviva stadia.
