A viral expert whose agency created a celebrated video for T-Mobile showing people dancing in Liverpool Street station in London and which has attracted over 14 million viewers is among speakers taking part in a digital conference in Dublin next month.
Ben Robinson from Freud Communications in the UK is among a line-up which will debate how to use YouTube, blogs, podcasts and websites to reach audiences. Will McInnes of Nixon McInnes in the UK and Krishna De will talk about social media.
Phil Scott of Kodak will explain how digital helped camera makers avoid extinction. Joe Conway of Digicast will talk about podcasting and give tips on producing effective audio. Tom Hayes of Lightbox Media will tell delegates about how best to make a great website.
Sophie Merry, a Dublin animator and a spokesmodel for the French clothing brand Etam, will provide a case study about her dance routine which was seen by over four million YouTube viewers.
The Content is King conference will be held in the Guinness Storehouse on November 17th. Organised by Mediacontact, the event will be chaired by John Murray of ‘The Business’ show on RTE Radio 1.
