Bord na Móna rolls out rebrand

Bord na Móna has launched its first rebrand in 20 years with RichardsDee creating the new look. The agency worked with Bord na Móna to develop a strategy and expression which reflects the heritage of the company and the complex business it operates in today. The brand is best known for its Peat Briquettes TV ad, created many years ago by McConnells.

The ad features the Marino Waltz theme music. Research undertaken by RichardsDee confirmed that many consumers were unaware of the breath of Bord na Móna, or, for example, the company’s plans in renewable energy. ‘Naturally Driven’ is the embodiment of the innovation, the products and the people working in Bord na Móna, Celine Dee said.
