Eir Sport renews UFC fights rights

Introducing eir Sport, a new name in Irish Broadcasting.  Ireland’s largest telecommunications company, has launched eir Sport and the eir Sport Pack, offering six channels of the best live sporting content from Ireland and around the world.
The channels that make up the eir Sport Pack are eir Sport 1 and eir Sport 2; BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2, BT Sport Europe and BT Sport ESPN.
The eir Sport Pack is now free to all existing and new eir broadband customers. Customers can access this content via their TV platform or the device of their choice. This equates to €300 of value free to every eir broadband customer.

Barney to entertain toddlers on 3e

Barney and Friends were at ‘Imaginosity: Dublin’s Children’s Museum’ in Dublin today to launch 3e’s new children’s TV strand ‘3Kids’. 3Kids, which will broadcast from Monday 27th June, will feature some all-time kids favourites like; Barney & Friends; The Wiggles; Teletubbies; Origanimals; Babar and Badou and lots more.
Aimed at children aged 3-5 years, 3Kids will air seven days a week on 3e, from 7am – 10am.
Front and centre of 3e’s new children’s TV strand are two new faces; presenters Claire Flynn and Ollie Kelly. Following a casting process the pair were chosen to front the stations new fun filled mornings as visual continuity presenters.
