As 2020 nears, the Marketing Society and Bord Bia will examine consumer trends that will impact strong on consumer behaviours in Ireland and explore how innovation will be an important growth driver during the uncertain times ahead at a debate entitled ‘Food for Thought – the Trends and Macro Forces Influencing Change in 2020’.
Grace Binchy (pictured), insight and trends specialist at Bord Bia, will speak on the subject and will be joined by a panel of retail industry experts, comprising Alex Barry, head of insights and analytics, Musgrave Retail; Nicola Weldon, marketing and category director, Kerry Foods and Shane Hammill, strategic projects manager at Bord Bia.
The event will focus on health, sustainability and changing consumer identity, outlining the challenges and opportunities facing Irish marketers. The breakfast event is in Bord Bia’s offices in Clanwilliam Court on Lr Mount Street on at 7.30am Thursday, November 14.
