Business Post Media Group (BPMG) will roll out the new look Business Post print and digital versions this weekend as the newspaper goes on sale every Sunday and Monday. First published in November 1989, BPMG, owned by Enda O’Coineen’s Kilcullen Kapital Partners, includes the flagship newspaper, website, events and new data and research services.
Recent BPMG acquisitions include Irish Tatler, Food & Wine and Auto Ireland from Irish Studio. The content from these publications will form the basis of new monthly magazine style offerings with the Business Post in the first quarter of 2020. There has also been some speculation that BPMG may buy the RTÉ Guide which is currently on the market.
The group recently acquired Hospitality Expo and Fitout Expo. It has shares in Digital DNA (Belfast), Speakers Bureau (Boyle) and AI firm Tribe 101 (Dublin). Colm O’Reilly, CEO, BPMG, said the group’s goal is develop an Irish and international business community. They had invested in journalism which will deliver stories across multiple platforms.
