Redefining TV is the topic of an industry seminar to be hosted by Carat in the Aviva Stadium soon. While traditional TV viewing still dominates the sitting room in Irish homes, content is increasingly made available across multiple platforms. There is a need to explore the challenges facing broadcasters and advertisers.
The seminar, which will be held in Aviva’s Havelock Suite at 7pm on Wednesday, October 17, will explore what the funding model might for broadcasters in Ireland, the UK and among independent producers. How will opportunities for advertisers develop as the industry defines TV changes in the coming years?
The line-up of speakers comprises Ciaran Cunningham, chief executive, Carat Ireland; Geraldine O’Leary (pictured), commercial director, RTE Television; Adrian Lynch, managing director, Animo Television and Jonathan Allan, sales director, Channel 4.
