Cawley NeaTBWA has begun the New Year on a positive note by winning all three strands in the Electric Ireland review. The Rathmimes agency run by Deirdre Waldron was defending its below the line and digital strands. Irish International, which is also an Omnicom agency, handled above the line creative work up to now.
It is understood that Irish International and Target McConnells pitched for all three strands. Publicis pitched for above the line creative and digital, while Havas-owned Eighttwenty made a digital presentation. Rothco and Dialogue dropped out of the review. Agency Assessments handled the pitch process.
The Electric Ireland coup follows on from Cawley NeaTBWA’s Dunnes Stores and Green Isle Foods’ wins.
