Course to show power of YouTube

YouTube Course
A training course to show companies how best they can use YouTube as a marketing and media tool will be held in Dublin later this month. Tom Johnson, a director and producer with Stopwatch Television, will present the course entitled ‘How to Become a YouTube Hero’ in Griffith College in Dublin on June 23rd.

Johnson’s recent work includes a special televised edition of The Business hosted by John Murray and which was part of RTÉ’s Aftershock series. The course will cover various aspects of making videos, from planning and storyboarding to shooting, editing and uploading the finished product inline.

Johnson has produced and directed various Irish science and lifestyle documentaries, including The Des Bishop Work Experience, Families in Trouble, Scope, Ask Anna and @last tv. Organised by Jack Murray’s Mediacontact.ie and sponsored by Kodak, the course is limited to 20 places.
