Eircom.net web portal has appointed Electric Media Sales (EMS) to manage its advertising sales following a competitive pitch. Some 1.5 million people visit the site each month, generating 50 million page impressions. EMS, whose managing director is radio station investor Dermot Hanrahan, handles sales for over 80 web businesses including Irishtimes.com, Entertainment.ie, Ebay.ie, O2, Ticketmaster.ie and Myhome.ie.
Earlier this year, EMS bought SalesOnline’s web advertising business.
