Property agency Gunne has rebranded and changed its name to Quillsen. The company, which has been in business for almost 60 years, will rebrand its seven branches at Ballsbridge (head office), Dun Laoghaire, Fairview, Glasnevin, Terenure, Ranelagh and Navan. The new Quillsen ‘For Sale’ boards will appear on the streets over coming days.
A media campaign will run in support of the rebrand. A new suite of property brochures, for sale boards, an updated website and social media channels will be rolled out. Director Marian McQuillan said while the company name has changed, the same people and level of service will apply. The rebrand was handled by Creative Inc’s Mel O’Rourke.
The name Quillsen is a merger of the directors’ names. A contemporary colour palette, consisting mainly of a bright turquoise blue with neutrals of white/grey/black, was used. Integrating the TM symbol into the Q of Quillsen was a playful way of turning it into a key shape, making the Q more distinctive as a recognisable icon.
