Boys and Girls has announced the appointment of Ottilie Higson as account director and Kate Goldsmith as new business manager. Higson will work across various accounts, including Digicel, IDL, Dulux, Danone, 123.ie, Insurance Ireland and Elave skincare. She previously worked in London with digital agency SapientNitro and managed retention campaigns for Sky UK in the capital. Her work was shortlisted for the BrandRepublic digital awards.
She was also with MBA as a senior account manager, where she opened the agency’s satellite office in Miami to service clients in Florida. She worked in fashion marketing for WGSN trends forecaster, specialising in events and digital across the EMEA region. She was a member of the team that launched The Global Fashion Awards in London and New York.
She won a Young Lion at Cannes 2012 for her digital work.
Goldsmith’s role at Boys and Girls includes managing pitches, developing new business and marketing the agency. She worked in marketing and new business with JWT London for five years. She managed the European pipeline each month, liaising with the continental network and reporting to EMEA management. Her career in London started with Advertising Agency Register (AAR). As project manager for four years, she managed pitches for American Airlines, Subway and Comparethemarket.com in their agency searches.
