The Irish Blood Transfusion Board (IBTS) has appointed Chemistry to handle its creative work following a review which involved Irish International, Language, Publicis QMP and the incumbent, Cawley NeaTBWA.
The IBTS also saw media agencies Carat, Mindshare and OMD, its incumbent, but opted to stay put with the Omnicom agency. The service says it relies on people making 3,000 blood donations a week.
