Thinkhouse founder Jane McDaid features on the ‘Innovator 25’ list of the EMEA’s most influential people in marketing compiled and published by The Holmes Report. It is the first time an Irish agency owner has made the list. Since its launch three years ago, Innovator 25 has become a barometer of global marketing and communications innovation.
Each year, it identifies 25 individuals in North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific who are “reshaping influence and engagement in an era of dramatic marketing and communications disruption”. McDaid set up Thinkhouse in 2001 and the agency now has offices in Dublin and London. The agency helps brand owners connect with 18-35 year olds.
Clients include Unilever (including Ben & Jerry’s, Dove, Sure, Magnum, Surf); Heineken (Heineken, Desperados, Orchard Thieves, Tiger); William Grant & Sons (Tullamore D.E.W., Solerno, House of Hazelwood); Coca-Cola, Electric Ireland and eBay.ie. The agency employs over 40 people in insights, planning and creative and activations.
Alongside McDaid on the Innovator 25 list are Alexandra Dimiziani, global marketing director, Airbnb; Cecelia Weckstrom, global head of Lego.com and consumer experience at Lego; Daniel Ureña, managing partner, MAS Consulting in Madrid; Gerry Hopkinson, co-founder of Unity in London and Jeremy Basset, head of Unilever Foundry in London.
