Ogilvy Dublin’s work for the ISPCC has again been rewarded with a bronze Lion at the Cannes Advertising Festival, the first time an Irish agency has won back to-back Lions. The radio ad for ‘Stupid Little Bitch’ was created by Ogilvy’s Des Kavanagh and Laurence O’Byrne. Last year, the ISPCC’s TV ad, ‘I Can’t Wait’, showing a young boy being physically abused, won bronze. The ad was directed by Blinder’s Richie Smith.
‘Stupid Little Bitch’, which won a TV gold at the Sharks in Kinsale last year, was shortlisted at Cannes.
