PML Group announces latest top poster winners

PML Group has announced the winners of its annual Poster Impact Awards. The awards recognise the stand-out OOH campaigns from 2018 which led the way in recall and creative rating, as judged by Irish consumers. The most effective campaigns based on these metrics are awarded across 10 categories, based on research carried out by Ipsos MRBI.

The 10 winners feature exclusively in the February edition of magazine.

First launched in 1996, this year’s top work includes Dunnes Stores, retail; Pepsi, soft drinks; Electric Ireland, utilities and Mondeléz for Cadbury Secret Santa – confectionery. Among the winning media agencies are Carat, the only agency to pick up more than one award. Other winners include Starcom, Spark Foundry, OMD, Zenith and Mediaworks.

Irish creative agencies picking up awards include Rothco for AIB, TBWA\Dublin for Electric Ireland and BBDO Dublin for Glanbia. Colum Harmon, marketing director, PML Group, said the campaigns reflect the role of creativity and campaign awareness. The campaigns combine smart format and location selection to deliver effective results and memorable work.

Poster Impact captures over 1,000 campaigns each year among almost 8,000 respondents.
