Red C Research has secured a major three-year contract delivering consumer insight to DAA, previously known as the Dublin Airport Authority, following a public tender. The pitch process was open to all research and insight companies in Ireland and overseas. The process was evaluated by several different stakeholders in Dublin and Cork Airports.
Jan Richards, head of insights at Dublin Airport, said Red C showed a robust methodology and understanding of business context and its experience across tourism. Richards said that consideration was given to the team roles to ensure DAA’s needs are fully met. Red C outlined its capabilities, strengths and how it will use them to service the business.
Sinead Mooney (above), managing director, Red C, who led the pitch, said the win was fantastic news for the agency. “We’re obviously delighted to continue working with the insights teams in Dublin and Cork Airports,” Mooney added. “While we’ve worked with DAA since 2005, it’s great to secure this contract in an increasingly competitive market.”
