Anton Savage is to present the 9-12 midday show on Today FM. The Anton Savage Show will focus on guests and live music. Savage, who is managing director of PR and media training agency The Communications Clinic, has presented The Ray D’Arcy Show and The Last Word on Today FM and 2fm’s Tubridy Show and hosted The Sunday Business Show and The Apprentice, You’re Fired! on TV3.
Since 2011, he has hosted Savage Sunday from 11-1pm at weekends, taking that slot to its highest ever ratings. He spent last year presenting the current affairs hour of TV3’s Ireland AM and anchored the show during its move to HD. He writes a regular column for The Herald. Today FM also announced that Toyota is to sponsor Savage’s new morning show.
