Jenny Paetzold (above right), operations director at McCannBlue, has been appointed to the agency’s board, while Nuala-Anne Curley has been promoted to account director. Paetzold has 15 years of online and web experience and has worked on marketing communications and advertising campaigns for Motorola, Toyota and Lexus and online assignments for BMW, the National Lottery, Jameson, Guinness and Unilever.
With qualifications from the University of South Africa in strategic planning and the New York International Advertising Association accredited AAA School in marketing communications and brand management, she joined Blue Cube in 2011 to manage agency operations. Blue Cube and McCann Dublin merged recently.
Curley has nine years agency experience, having joined McCann in 2010. She worked with CawleyNea TBWA, Hunter Redcell and Bill Butler Promotions and worked on ESB, Dublin Bus, Beiersdorf, Heineken and Britvic accounts. She now manages safefood, Deep RiverRock, Kerry Foods, Largo, Davy, MasterCard and L’Oreal. She has a degree in business and marketing from AIT and a diploma in advertising from DIT.
