20 Questions: Sinead Lambe, DMG Media

Sinead Lambe is marketing manager at DMG Media Ireland, where she oversees marketing, promotions and sponsorships for Evoke.ie, Extra.ie, MailOnline, Irish Daily Mail and Irish Mail on Sunday. She joined the company in 2004 and was promoted to promotions and sponsorship manager in 2007 for DMG’s two print titles. She became marketing manager in 2012.

Spending time with my family and friends

04 The worst job you’ve ever done?

Working on a J1 visa in a casino in Lake Tahoe was wonderful until I fractured my toe and had to sit in a cell in the basement to cut decks of cards all day. I didn’t last too long

Plugged into compilations on Spotify: Arcade Fire, The Killers, Stone Roses, Radiohead, Bowie

Julia Donaldson for her fantastic rhyming children’s stories

Dirty Dancing

08 What do some people think about you that isn’t true?

That my hair colour isn’t natural – it absolutely is

Once my head hits the pillow, I’m out like a light

Calling AA up to fix my car window when in fact all they had to do was roll the window back up. Don’t ask

Born in the 40’s to experience the 60’s era in your twenties. The Beatles, 60’s fashion, Woodstock, the mini dress… the list goes on

18 What would be your fantasy act of heroism?

For my car to magically take off into the air to beat rush-hour traffic
