Following on from the appointment of Ken Nolan to deputy managing director and Jessica King to business director, Mindshare has announced David Ahlstrom to the new role of head of invention. The agency’s invention unit focuses on non-traditional activation through branded content, sponsorships, experiential and social media. He worked on non-traditional neutral platforms, including the Heineken Cup and Music, Vhi Blue September and Lucozade, to name but a few.
