Managing director Ray Sheerin says the successful candidate should be educated to third level degree stage, will have at least five years agency experience, with a good mix of disciplines across a range of sectors. Ideally he/she will have a great track record of delivering effective and award-winning campaigns and possess phenomenal attention to detail and presentation skills (written and oral). The person should be a brilliant relationship builder.
