John Fanning, lecturer in branding and marketing communications at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School and Marketing.ie columnist, will help tease out the learnings from the Marriage Equality Referendum at a Marketing Society seminar next week. The post mortem on the same-sex marriage campaign will scrutinise how the yes and no sides fared, who got bang for their buck, which communications worked best and the lessons for Irish marketers.
