Google searches for top doodler

Schoolgoers of all ages in Ireland are invited to doodle 4 Google in the coming weeks as the company launches its second annual art and design competition to create an image on and around the Google logo and based on the theme ‘My Future’.
The winning doodle will appear on the Google homepage in Ireland on March 3rd next. There will be a prize of a laptop for the winning student and their teacher, plus a technology grant of €10,000 for the winning school.
Evan O’Sullivan Glynn from St Munchin’s College, Corbally in Limerick won last year for his ‘My Irish Roots’ doodle seen on Google on St Patrick’s Day. Entries are made in four categories from junior infants up.
Schools must register by November 6th and entries have to be in by December 18th.
