Irish Times launches ad competition

The Irish Times hopes to encourage fledgling Irish businesses and help kick start an economic recovery by using the power of well-crafted copy. Launched in the paper’s Innovation supplement as part of an article by UCD Smurfit Graduate School of  Business lecturer and Marketing.ie contributor John Fanning, Irish businesses, or their agencies, with a turnover of less than €5 million, are invited to enter the contest.

All competition entries must be made in digital format and to dimensions of 180mm deep to 130mm in width. Files submitted should be no bigger than 5mb. The ads can include an illustration or may comprise text only. For full terms and conditions, email marketing@irishtimes.com.

The winner is awarded free advertising space in The Irish Times and irishtimes.com.

The closing date for entries is Tuesday, January 31 2012.
