As Amárach chairman, O’Neill leads the strategic consulting practice, working with senior management teams to create future strategies. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics. Field was appointed marketing director at BT in January last year, before which he led the repositioning at Eason as head of marketing, ecommerce and innovation.
