Ogilvy kicks off new year with Guinness Storehouse win

Ogilvy has started the new year on a positive note by winning the Guinness Storehouse. The WPP agency was one of five invited by Diageo to present for the multi-million euro account. WPP agencies are already on the Diageo roster with WHPR and Neo@Ogilvy digital handling beer and spirit brands, including Guinness.

It could not be confirmed which other Diageo roster agencies were asked to pitch. Irish International handles the Guinness advertising in Ireland and worked on Budweiser, Carlsberg and Harp for many years. Target McConnells has been responsible for creating award-winning Guinness BTL campaigns.
