Luke Reaper has been appointed deputy managing director at Behaviour & Attitudes (B&A), working alongside managing director Ian McShane. Reaper has 20 years research experience and joined B&A as director and shareholder in 2008, in preparation for the retirement of founders Des Byrne, Graham Wilkinson and Phelim O’Leary. Reaper began his career at Lansdowne Market Research and was a board director at TNS mrbi.
He is also a multiple award-winning researcher, scooping seven Marketing Society research excellence awards, including the 2011 and 2012 grand prix awards, firstly for its mobile puzzle consumer segmentation work for Meteor and eMobile and last year for RTE on clutter impact during ad breaks. Reaper will continue to focus on existing and new business at B&A, as well as developing new research systems and techniques.
