CBS Outdoor and PML have launched a research study that delivers insights into the digital out of home (OOH) shopper in Dundrum Town Centre and Swords Pavilions in Dublin. The Digital Effect, a study conducted by Behaviour & Attitudes, gathers feedback from 400 shoppers in exit surveys on their shopping behaviours in the shopping malls and their awareness and response to the CBS digital advertising network.
In addition, over 1,000 adults were interviewed as part of a national omnibus to establish the national footprint of these and other high profile Irish shopping malls. The report measures the shopper experience across two of Ireland’s most visited malls. The centres account for almost 600,000 shopping and leisure visits each week.
