TV3 journalist and broadcaster Sybil Mulcahy has been appointed the new editor of Evoke.ie, the website for Irish women owned by DMG Media. The appointment sees the former TV3 broadcaster lead a team of journalists producing content for Irish women. Mulcahy has worked with TV3 – now part of Virgin Media – for 17 years.
Her career began as a TV3 news reporter. She then became an entertainment correspondent, before joining the team on Xposé and co-hosting The Morning Show with weatherman and radio DJ Martin King. Liz Doyle, DMG Media, said Mulcahy’s experience in news, beauty and entertainment will enhance the Evoke.ie brand.
